The calculators on this site are provided free of charge, for personal and commercial use, with no account and no registration. You do not need permission to use a result in your own work.
No warranty
The calculators are provided "as is". The logic behind them is tested against known results and edge cases, and mistakes are fixed as soon as they are reported, but no guarantee is made that every result is correct, complete or suitable for your particular purpose.
Not professional advice
Nothing on this site is financial, legal, tax, medical or engineering advice. The construction calculators produce planning estimates that do not account for site conditions, local building codes or structural requirements. Anything with money, safety or legal consequences attached should be confirmed with a qualified professional before you act on it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of this site is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, any result produced here. You are responsible for checking any figure before acting on it.
